Divine-o-matic vacuum detail

A Divine-o-matic vacuum is an item discovered at level 101 Invention. It will use up empty divine charges while training Divination and convert them to full divine charges.

Right-click configure will allow the user to choose between siphoning energy or both energy and memories. The default option is just siphoning energy.

It will work in the Arc on the Ancestral Energy spots, but this is not recommended. One full dead moai (4 springs) will fill up 1 full divine charge. In comparison, three divine charges can be filled with the 300 ancestral energy harvested.

The divine-o-matic can store up to 100 empty divine charges.

You need to add Divine charge (Empty) to the vacuum. To do so right click on the empty divine charge container in your inventory and click on it. It will be placed in the vacuum machine. To add all of the empty containers to the machine right click on them in your inventory and select "Add all to vacuum" option. They will be stored in the vacuum machine.

When your divine-o-matic vacuum fills an empty charge container it stores it in itself. You will need to withdraw it from the divine-o-matic vacuum. Right click on divine-o-matic vacuum and select "Withdraw" option. Your divine charges will be placed in your inventory.

Uses[]

When first starting to use the divine-o-matic vacuum one must first add empty divine charges to the vacuum. Empty divine charges can be made at an invention workbench but cannot currently be removed from the divine-o-matic except by filling them with divine energy. There are two "modes" for the divine-o-matic. The mode can be changed by right clicking and selecting "configure".

Siphon energy[]

The first mode, which is the default, is called "Siphon Energy". It siphons only the energy obtained while divining normally, and as a result no energy is placed in the inventory. Empty divine charges fill up slower but it provides more freedom of what the player wishes to use the memories for. Because memories are not consumed the percentage of divine charge filled is not influenced by whether the memories are enriched or not. Converting memories to energy will fill charges at the same ratio as if the player used those energies to make divine charges themselves, and converting to experience or enhanced experience will not fill the charges at all.

Siphon energy and memories[]

The second mode siphons divine energy and normal memories. Empty divine charges fill at a quicker rate but the memories also have a chance of being destroyed rather than charging the containers, which appears to be about 50%. If the memory is not destroyed, it will convert into charges by the same amount as if manually converting via the rift. The energy gathered from harvesting will still charge the same as if the player had used the other mode. Different tiers of energy will fill a charge different amounts. For example a luminous wisp (tier 90) will fill a charge by approximately 1% while a pale wisp (tier 1) takes about five harvests for the same amount of charge. Because of the chance of memories being destroyed rather than used, it is still recommended to utilize the Nightmare muspah's 15% increase to plain energies gathered despite the ineffectiveness of its inventory. Use a Necklace of Shadows to help save Summoning points over a long period of time.

If the player wishes to make the most divine charges per hour without worrying about experience, it is recommended to use this mode, as the extra time harvesting energy is more efficient than running to and converting memories in the rift, despite the fact that 50% of the memories will get destroyed. The exception to this is gathering from an enriched wisp, as it's guaranteed to give enriched memories, and they are more efficient to convert in the rift. The vacuum will not convert memories from an enriched wisp with this option toggled on.

When using a divine-o-matic set to destroy memories, alongside a Nightmare muspah familiar, a Ring of Whispers, and a Prism of Dowsing, one can expect to be able to fill 42 divine charges per hour. Although the divination experience gains are minimal at 30,000, this is still much faster than converting memories to energy normally, since there is no need to deposit memories. Using fading memories, one can achieve almost 60 charges per hour.

Harvesting at the Incandescent wisp colony wearing an Elder divination outfit, Supreme enrichment aura, summoning a Nightmare muspah and with 99 Divination, one can make 58 divine charges per hour.

Harvesting at the Cursed wisp colony wearing an Elder divination outfit, Legendary enrichment aura, summoning a Nightmare muspah, wearing the Ring of Whispers, and with 99 Divination, one can make around 70 divine charges per hour.

Using either a Superior energy-gathering scrimshaw or an Energy-gathering scrimshaw noticeably increases the filling of divine charges, significantly decreasing the amount of time it takes to fill the charges.
