Dartog is a cave goblin that stands in front of the tunnel leading to the Lumbridge watermill dungeon after completing the Death to the Dorgeshuun quest.
He can show players the way to Mistag in the Dorgeshuun Mines and to Kazgar near the Lumbridge Castle cellar.
He has been posted to guard the tunnel to the Watermill Cellar by the city council.
