Classic hood was removed from RuneScape after an update, but still exists in-game for those who had obtained it.
The classic hood is bought along with the Classic cape for 50,000 coins from Iffie Nitter in Thessalia's store in Varrock. Wearing it does not unlock the emote, only the cape. On death, it will appear at one's gravestone, unlike the cape. It is possible to duplicate this item by dying with the cape and purchasing a new cape. You will receive another hood upon purchase.
