A button mushroom is a food item that heals 200 life points when consumed. Players obtain three of them whilst doing the Spirit of Summer quest, though they are not needed to complete the quest, and therefore players do not need to retain them.
There is a respawn on a rotting wood in the ruined houses on the far west of Wilderness. This is one of the members objects freely obtainable by F2P players (via the rotting wood in the ruined houses in Wilderness), but it still cannot be consumed or traded in free worlds.
