Butler Jones is the butler of the Carnillean family in East Ardougne. He replaced Higson as the butler of the family after his death.
During the quest Hazeel Cult, the player discovers that he is actually part of the Cult of Hazeel.
Should the player side with the Carnilleans against the cult, Butler Jones is arrested; if the player sides with cultists, he simply leaves the job as his mission is fulfilled. Carnilleans then hire Butler Crichton.

- Before the release of Carnillean Rising and Butler Chrichton, Jones used to be replaced by an identical butler due to technical limitations. This new Jones knew nothing of the previous one except that he was trouble.
