The Barge foremen are found at the Digsite barge, east of Varrock. They are responsible for the construction of the barge that will travel to an island north of Morytania in the unknown future.
The foremen are working for the Varrock Museum, which is looking to launch an expedition to an island north of Morytania. The island is littered with the remains of long-dead species, and apparently was significant during the God Wars.
The foremen can be talked to, which will result in overhead chat dialogues regarding problems in the construction of the barge. If the player waits long enough, the foremen will also converse with his woodcutting workmen about the delivery of the planks.
