The Ferret of Doom is a red ferret encountered during the Fremennik sagas; Thok It to 'Em and Thok Your Block Off. It is part of the three sagas released with . The only option, except examine, is "Cower-in-fear-puny-mortal".

Because Thok refuses to go into the room containing the Ferret, it could prove to be one of his only weaknesses. With a combat level of 9001, the Ferret of Doom holds the record for the highest combat level of any monster in RuneScape, however, it is not attackable, and as with most other events in Thok's story, it could be highly exaggerated.

Thok cannot kill it, but Mini-marm wanders off at one point and returns with his claws dripping blood and the Ferret of Doom's head as a trophy.

In Thok Your Block Off, the Ferret of Doom makes a reappearance, but this time appears with several friends, scaring Thok off once again.

• The combat level of the ferret is a reference to the internet meme "Over 9000" (which came from the anime series Dragon Ball Z), by being a single level above 9000.
