Fatiguing is an Invention perk that reduces adrenaline gained from abilities and auto-attacks. It can be created in weapon, armour, and tool gizmos.

The 2% decrease per rank is a flat deduction. Though calculations would put adrenaline for most auto-attacks below 0, they do not cost any adrenaline. Fatiguing does not affect threshold or ultimate abilities; they will still drain 15% or 100%, respectively.
