The Fancy Clothes Store is a shop in south-eastern Varrock. It is owned and run by the Fancy-dress shop owner. The shop sells needles and thread and different kinds of clothes such as gloves, boots, capes and hats. The store also plays an important role in the Hunter skill, because it is the only place where players can obtain hunter armour which will lead to increased hunting abilities for the wearer.

- In RuneScape Classic, the Fancy Clothes Store in Varrock's south-east area stocked a red partyhat; but there was just a placeholder for it (at 0 stock) which was never filled. Players waited for hours and hours to see if it would spawn, but it never did and was later removed.
- Outside the shop, a rainbow coloured banner hangs on the second floor. Some suggest that the shop owner, being a 'fancy' shop owner, is simply displaying gay pride. But it is actually just an ordinary rainbow coloured spool, although the joke still continues.
