Fame was an NPC that appeared in the 2011 Hallowe'en event and is the sister of Beauty, on top of Death's Citadel. When spoken to, she would give you a Runefest puzzle book for a 26-question search. She was found in the Deathcon's clan theatre stage. She has long black hair and a cigarette holder.

She also gave the reward to the Runefest puzzle book when you completed it and submitted your answers to her.
