The Faithful shield is a shield that can be bought at Castle Wars from Lanthus for 200 gold Castle wars tickets. It features a high prayer bonus. The shield has no Defence requirement to wield. It has the same stats as a Adamant kiteshield only with a 5 prayer bonus and hybrid versatility.

Trivia Edit

This is the first shield to have particle effects, the second being the Dragonfire Shield (charged) (as of 6 March 2012). The purple glow in the centre of the shield leaves a trail for a short time when the player runs, and it spreads out during combat.
At 20 minutes per game, getting the 200 tickets required to purchase this item would take at least 34 hours, or a bit more than 41 hours including the 5 minute wait time between matches.
This is one of a select few multi-class shields in the game, another being the obsidian kiteshield.
