Extra fine flour is a pot of perfect flour used to make a cake during Cook's Assistant. It is obtained by speaking to Millie Miller in Mill Lane Mill and asking her about making extra fine flour, then obtaining some wheat and heading to the top of the mill and placing the wheat in the hopper. Pull the lever and head back to the ground floor and use a pot on the flour.
