The exquisite whip is a multi-tier weapon obtained from the Squeal of Fortune. The tier 1 version requires an Attack level of 10 to wield, and the tier 2 version requires an Attack level of 40 to wield. It can be reclaimed from Diango for 1,000 coins at level 10 and for 10,000 coins at level 40. It is the only whip that is available to free players.
