To successfully prosecute Moira, follow these steps before entering the courtroom:

  • Read through the three case reports.
  • Analyse the fingerprints. Select and confirm a match with Moira's print.
  • Interview Molly, located in the courthouse. Go through all the chat options.
  • Interview Moira, located in the courthouse. Go through all the chat options.

Then go into the courtroom below. Follow these steps:

  • Present the fingerprint as evidence. This will only be successful if the print was identified.
  • Call Moira to the stand. Ask her about "Twin Mix-up" and then "The Arrest."
  • Call the arresting officer to the stand. Ask him about "Twin Mix-up."
  • Following the officers response, the judge will ask if the player wants to continue with the case or rematch the fingerprint due to an identity mix-up. Choose to rematch the fingerprint.
  • Match the culprit's fingerprint to the "Woman accusing defendant."
  • This will reveal that Moira is really Molly. The judge will find the woman named Molly (who actually is Moira) GUILTY, while finding the woman named Moira (who actually is Molly) NOT GUILTY. The judge will also advise the real Molly to dress differently from her evil sister in the future.

Note: For the following responses, the jury will not respond positively. Do not panic.

  • Call Molly to the stand. Ask her about "The arrest."
  • Call Moira to the stand. Ask her about "The arrest."
  • At this point, the judge will ask if the player wants to continue with the case or rematch the fingerprint due to an identity mix-up. Choose "No. Continue with your case as it is."
  • Moira will still be on the stand. Ask her about the "Twin mix-up."
  • Again, the judge will ask if the player wants to continue with the case or rematch the fingerprint due to an identity mix-up. This time choose "Yes. Demand a new examination of the fingerprints."
  • Match the culprit's fingerprint to the "Woman accusing defendant."
  • This will reveal that Moira is really Molly. The judge will find the woman named Molly (who actually is Moira) GUILTY, while finding the woman named Moira (who actually is Molly) NOT GUILTY. The judge will also advise the real Molly to dress differently from her evil sister in the future. This ends the case without a closing statement to the jury.
