An Energy potion is made using the Herblore skill by mixing Clean harralander in a vial of water and then adding chocolate dust. This requires level 26 Herblore, and gives 67.5 Herblore experience.

UsesEdit

Each dose of this potion restores 20% of the player's run energy.

If the player adds caviar to a 2-dose potion, it will become a 2-dose energy mix, which heals 30 life points in addition to restoring 20% run energy.

Price historyEdit

Before the random event update, this potion had a lower price. Afterwards, the lack of strange fruit caused the price of this potion to soar up to nearly 6k for a three dose vial.

In a later update on 9 June 2009, the run energy system was rebalanced and the need for energy potions went down dramatically. Additionally, the potion was changed to restore twice as much energy (10% to 20%).

This table is based on the Grand Exchange prices of a vial of water, the harralander, and chocolate dust. It is accurate assuming all three items are bought from the Grand Exchange and the Energy potion is sold afterwards.

Flask Edit

This potion can be made into an Energy flask by using at least six doses of it with a Potion flask. Players do not need a specific level to turn potions into flasks.

TriviaEdit

• There is currently a glitch when one drinks energy potions that all of the shadowing on the character is temporarily removed.
• Shops will buy any dose of this potion for well over grand exchange market price as of July 2012.
