The "Clear Mind" ability from Enchanted Sapphire Bolts.
This spell enchants 10 Sapphire bolts with Clear Mind. This effect gives your bolts a chance of siphoning some of your opponent's Prayer to you. The special only works on other players however you will still deal the same amount of damge.
Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Sapphire) costs 246 coins per cast, 208 coins if a Water rune supplying staff is wielded.
Remember, You cannot use Ancient Magicks or Lunar Magicks if you are using regular Magic.
