Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Sapphire) is a spell that enchants 10 Sapphire bolts with Clear Mind resulting in Sapphire bolts (e). This effect gives your bolts a chance of siphoning some of your opponent's Prayer to you. The special only works on other players however you will still deal the same amount of damage.
Completing the Seers' Village Elite Tasks doubles the chance that the special effect occurs.
