The "Blood Forfeit" ability from Enchanted Ruby Bolts.
This spell enchants 10 Ruby bolts with the Blood Forfeit effect. This gives the bolt a chance to sacrifice 10% of your hitpoints in order to remove 20% from your opponent. However, the effect does not work if the player cannot spare the hitpoints. This ability makes it particularly useful against higher-end monsters such as Tz-Tok Jad and the God Wars Dungeon bosses, as 20% of their health is far more than most other monsters.
Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Ruby) costs 658 coins per cast, 628 coins if a Fire supplying staff is wielded.
