The "Down to Earth" ability from Enchanted Red Topaz Bolts.
This spell enchants 10 Red topaz bolts with the Down to Earth effect. This gives the bolt a chance of lowering the opponent's Magic level. This only works on other players.
Enchant Crossbow Bolt (Red Topaz) costs 222 coins per cast, 208 coins if a Fire supplying staff is wielded.
Remember, you cannot use Ancient Magicks or Lunar Magicks if you are using regular Magic.
