Enakhra is the only known surviving female Mahjarrat. She built a temple under the desert in honour of Zamorak. Thousands of years ago, Enakhra tricked Akthankos, a fellow Mahjarrat and follower of Zaros, and trapped him as a bone guard. At the end of the quest Enakhra's Lament, she and Akthankos leave the player to continue their battle up The North.

• Enakhra's name, spelled backward, says: Arhkane, possibly based on the word 'Arcane'.
• Enakhra is stated by Zemouregal to likely be the only female Mahjarrat in the Gielinorian Plain still to be found 'alive'.
• Zemouregal hints that Enakhra is possibly in love with Zamorak, which might be true since Enakhra used time to construct a temple for him. Also, Zemouregal mentions that Enakhra turned down his offer to produce more Mahjarrat offspring due to her 'feelings for Zamorak.' Zemoureagal doesn't understand this,
