The empowered air staff can be found in the dungeons under Daemonheim. It requires 80 Magic to wield, and gives infinite air runes while equipped. It is only obtainable as a drop from the Unholy cursebearer.

Prior to the Evolution of Combat, the staff could be created at Runecrafting level 90 from any Tier 9 or higher (entgallow or gravecreeeper) wood staff, giving 90.5 xp. At present it can no longer be made.
