Elemental metal is a metal bar formed through the smelting of an elemental ore and four coal in the blast furnace of the Elemental Workshop. It can be smelted once a player has a Smithing level of 20 or higher and has completed the Elemental Workshop I quest, giving the player 7.5 experience. An elemental bar can be smithed on the workbench in the Elemental Workshop to create an elemental shield.
After the Elemental Workshop II quest, an elemental bar can be:
- smithed into an elemental helmet/elemental shield or
- processed into a primed bar and taken to the Mind room to be processed into a primed mind bar which can be used to create elemental mind equipment such as mind shields and mind helmets.
