Dwarven Miners are dwarves that arrive in Keldagrim using the mine cart network. They carry 20-40 ores (tin/copper up to mithril or coal) on their back, which they bring to the Blast Furnace minigame every 15 seconds or so.

The Dwarven Miner approaching

After arriving in the city from hidden mines the dwarfs shout phrases like "Get out of the way!" suggesting that they have no control of the carts and are in reality moving quite fast. The miners bring ore to the blast furnace, where they give it to Ordan. Ordan runs the Ore Seller shop, which stocks ore for use in the blast furnace. If Ordan has room in stock he simply says "Thanks." to the miner, however if he has no room, he will say "Thanks, I'll send these to storage." As of yet, this storage area is inaccessible.

Some dwarven miners have found employment with Doric and Boric, and can be found across various mines working for them.

TriviaEdit

  • If a player opens or closes the door leading to the Blast Furnace while the Dwarven Miner does the same, the door will completely disappear, only reappearing after the player leaves Keldagrim.
  • Much like the Dwarven Traders, the Dwarven Miners' appearance changes with each encounter. Sometimes the difference is as minute as a change of beard, or the pickaxe that they wield. Other times the entire outfit colour or design is different.
