Drill Sergeant Hartman is an Imperial Guard Agility trainer, and the agility skill expert.
During the Treasure Hunter promotion in March 2016 featuring the Nimble and Fletcher's outfits players can trade 500 lightweight feathers with him for a Nimble outfit piece. When all pieces of the outfit are collected players can trade left over feathers for Agility medium XP lamps for 75 feather each.
