A Dreadfowl strike scroll enables the use of the Dreadfowl strike special move for a Dreadfowl. Using the pouch on a Summoning obelisk creates 10 scrolls and gives 0.1 experience.
[edit] Dreadfowl strike
Dreadfowl strike is the special move for the Dreadfowl, which can hit up to 3 hitpoints damage with a long-range, magic-based attack. It is activated using a Dreadfowl strike scroll and uses 3 special move points. Activating it gives 0.1 experience.
A Dreadfowl will occasionally use this special attack without a scroll.

[edit] Trivia
- The examine text "Southern fried" refers to a way of cooking fried chicken which has its origin in the Southern United States.
- Dreadfowl strike has a similar appearance to the Evil Chicken's attacks.
- Some high-levelled players used this attack to gather monsters in a group for mass barraging or chinning, either for fast Magic or Ranged experience, or fast charm collecting.
