Dragon Scale Dust is the result of using a Pestle and Mortar on a Blue dragon scale. It is used in Herblore for potions such as weapon poisons and Anti-fire potions. You can get Blue dragon scales from blue dragons or the respawn point in Taverley Dungeon. These can be good items to merchant at the Grand Exchange. Depending on the prices, players can buy Blue dragon scales and grind them down for resale at a profit.
