Dr. Randulf Harlow is a retired Vampire Slayer in the Blue Moon Inn at Varrock. Players who have not started Vampire Slayer will only receive the following message: "Buy me a drink pleeaashh" Your character will reply with "I think you had enough" If you have started Vampire Slayer, you must buy him a beer so he can give you a stake to kill Count Draynor.
Even after completing the quest, Dr. Harlow will go back with what he said before.
Dr. Harlow was a Vampire Slayer before he retired his life completely as Morgan will tell you during the quest Vampire Slayer.
Other than this he has no use.

- Dr. Harlow used to be located in the Jolly Boar Inn, northeast of Varrock.
- Dr. Harlow was also a character in the novel, Dracula. This may be one of the reasons why he is in the Vampire Slayer quest.
