The dog antlers are an item used in the 2012 Christmas event. They are given to the player by the snow imp located north of Draynor Village. The player is required to use them with the four stray dogs that are located in certain areas around RuneScape. This sends the dogs back to the snow imp, who uses them as his reindeer. Once an antler has been used on a dog, it will disappear from the player's inventory.

- The dog antlers are identical to the reindeer hat which was one of the rewards for completing the 2006 Christmas event. However, they cannot be worn by the player.
