The Dancing Donkey Inn is a small bar found in south-eastern Varrock. Chancy, Hops, and DaVinci, non-player characters who are involved in the Biohazard quest, are found there. The bar sells beer for 2 coins each. It is not very popular on non-members worlds, due to the fact that it is located in the south-east of Varrock where only members can purchase items.
As of 15 December 2009, the music heard here is "Honkytonky Medieval", which was part of an unannounced music update, which added 5 new songs to the list.

- The Dancing Donkey is probably based on the inn The Prancing Pony from J.R.R. Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings.
- It is the only bar in Varrock that doesn't double as a hotel.
