Dagannoth bones are associated with the Prayer skill. They are dropped by Dagannoth Rex, Dagannoth Prime, and Dagannoth Supreme. Dagannoth bones give 125 Prayer experience when buried, thereby giving the second-highest amount of Prayer experience.

Dagannoth bones are also a possible reward from the gamble option in Soul Wars. One gamble will give you three to five bones.

• Often mispelt Daggannoth or Dagganoth, making them notoriously hard to find on the Grand Exchange.
• Filling up on Dagannoth bones during a Dagannoth Kings helps to make the money back lost from equipment.
• These bones are less commonly used by wealthier players powerleveling Prayer, as they can provide around 400K experience per hour.
• The examine of this item is a joke on the examine of dragon bones, due to their large size and the fact that Dagannoth's live on land and underwater.
