Cyreg Paddlehorn is a boatman in Mort'ton and an associate of the Myreque who hides away from the vampyres in Morytania. He can take passengers from Mort'ton to the centre of Mort Myre swamp near the Hollows for ten coins, as other Paddlehorns did before him. With a Ring of Charos (a) you can get a ride for free. The return trip from the Hollows is free since Cyreg isn't watching over the boat.

He is located to the south-east of Mort'ton, near the bridge that takes the player to the Barrows activity. Another bridge in Mort'ton leads to Burgh de Rott. Cyreg's boatride is used heavily during the quest In Search of the Myreque and is popular as a shortcut to the southern parts of Morytania which saves much journey time and attacks from ghasts, leeches and vampyres.
