The crate of magic rocks is what you get the lump of stones out of when you encounter the magical construct dungeoneering puzzle. You use it to repair the damaged construct so he can open the rune covered doors for you. To complete the puzzle, you must have a chisel (supplied) and a hammer, along with a good Crafting, Runecrafting and Magic level.
