Crab meat is a 100% drop from Crabs used in Recipe for Disaster to make a fishcake to give to Pirate Pete. Crab meat require level 21 Cooking, and players will gain 100 Cooking experience. Crab meat (which is untradeable) can be cooked directly to become Cooked crab meat (which is tradeable). When cooked, crab meat provide five bites of two Hitpoints each. The small amounts of hitpoints it gives can be used to 'fine tune' the hitpoints of someone using Dharok's set. Note: it can be burned even at level 60 (rarely).
