To successfully prosecute the mugger, follow these steps before entering the courtroom:

• Read through the three case reports.
• Analyse the fingerprints. Select and confirm a match with the mugger's print.

Then go into the courtroom below. Follow these steps:

• Present the fingerprint as evidence. This will only be successful if the print was identified.
• Present the nightstick as evidence. Say "The nightstick was found on the accused."
• Present the facemask as evidence. Say "the accused was wearing this mask when he was arrested."
• Call the arresting officer to the stand. Only talk to him about the "Nightstick."
• Call the victim to the stand. Only talk to him about the "Nightstick."
• Direct the closing statement at the Elderly gentleman (Not the Elderly Citizen).

• Call the victim to the stand. Ask him about "The attack."
• Call the arresting officer to the stand. Ask him about "The victim."
• Direct the closing statement at the shady individual or shady gentleman.
