The Council workman is a man who works for the RuneScape Council. He repaired the bridge leading to Rellekka by himself. He plays a role in The Fremennik Trials quest. He will give a cherry bomb in exchange for a beer, but only during The Fremennik Trials. He is one of the people that can allow you to start the Fremennik Achievement Diary, You can also claim the easy task reward from him.
