The Council workman is a man who works for the RuneScape Council. He repaired the bridge leading to Rellekka by himself. He plays a role in The Fremennik Trials quest. During The Fremennik Trials, he will give the player a cherry bomb in exchange for a beer. He is one of the people that starts the quest as well. You can also claim the easy task reward from him.
