The Cosmic altar teleport is a type of Magic teleport tablet which allows you to travel directly outside the Cosmic altar. It is purchasable by exchanging 39 tokens earned through the Minigame The Great Orb Project with Wizard Elriss. It can only be used by players who have completed the Lost City quest, otherwise you will receive a message saying 'Please add'.
