The Cosmic altar teleport is a type of Magic tablet which allows you to teleport directly outside the Cosmic altar.
It is purchasable by exchanging 39 Runecrafting guild tokens earned through the minigame The Great Orb Project with Wizard Elriss. However, to obtain these tablets, an indirect requirement of level 50 Runecrafting is required to enter the Runecrafting Guild and be able to play The Great Orb Project to purchase them.
It can only be used by players who have completed the Lost City quest, otherwise you will receive a message.
