Corrupt statius's full helm is part of the Corrupt Statius's Equipment set which is obtained by killing players on a PvP world.
This helmet came out within the PvP worlds update.
It requires 20 Defence and lasts for 15 minutes of wielding.
This is the best helmet available in terms of defence.
