Cormac only appears during certain holiday or seasonal events and may not be currently found in-game.

Cormac was a pixie featured in the 2005 Christmas event. He could be found in Diango's Workshop beneath Draynor Village. Along with Fionn and Ronan, he would teach the player how to make marionettes.
