Cool Mom227 is a non-player character and player spoof seen in the cut scene of the Wise Old Man robbing the bank. She attempts to steal from the seed stall and a market guard attacks her, which allows the Wise Old Man to enter the bank without attracting the Guard's attention, murder Elfinlocks and 1337sp34kr, and rob the bank. Cool Mom227 may not have been in collaboration with the Wise Old Man, or she may have been completely unaware of the robbery at all; but it is not revealed whether she helped him intentionally or accidentally, and a mage as powerful as the Wise Old Man is unlikely to be concerned about a level 20 Market Guard.
Surprisingly, Cool Mom227 originally had a cape of legends at level 27, which is impossible. One of the requirements for the Legends Quest is to achieve level 34-35. Jagex, however, has since picked up on this and has increased her level to a more appropriate 83.
Cool Mom227 used to be seen catching butterflies in the Trollweiss Hunter area from the Gnomecopter ride, however, they were removed.
