Cooked fishcake is the quest item needed to complete Recipe for Disaster: Freeing Pirate Pete. It is made by cooking a raw fishcake - which is made with breadcrumbs, ground cod, ground kelp, and ground crab meat. Cooking the fishcake gives 100 Cooking experience.
It requires level 31 Cooking to make and heals 875 life points when eaten.
