The Confused barbarian is an attackable barbarian NPC that makes his home in the Ancient Cavern, near the Baxtorian Falls. Inside the Ancient Cavern it is located in one of the thought to be safespots, that turns out it really isn't one(see image below) where the Brutal Green Dragon can't attack you with melee. When you kill him, he will drop only mangled bones.
