Cockroach workers are found in the Stronghold of Player Safety. They are good non-member monsters for mid-levelled players to train on, though some members may also train on them as they are the only monster to drop Grimy torstols. They also drop Crimson charms and Gold charms quite often, making the Stronghold a popular place to obtain charms for training Summoning. It is recommended to be level 55 or higher before attempting to kill them. They can hit 5s and 6s very often if rune armour or better is not worn, however they can hit such hard even if the player is wearing a Dragon Chainbody. As their size are 2x2, rangers and mages may fight them in safe spots in level 1 of the Stronghold. 2 Cockroach workers have their spawn points enclosed in a small room with an exit only 1 tile wide so they cannot attack a player fighting them with a Range or Magic attack style from outside of the room. However, its defence is rather high, which makes it harder for low and mid-level players to deal damage to it. For members, a halberd can be used for safe Melee training, as it can attack up to 2 spaces away from the player, Allowing you to strike melee attacks without getting hit. It is said that even with a high attack level cockroach workers can be harder to hit than cockroach soldiers.
