The court clerk is the person players must speak with prior to starting a case, in the Court Cases Distractions & Diversions. He introduces you to the activity, and tells you how to start it. He gives you the barrister wig after you finish 5 court cases.
Players may also re-obtain any lost court case rewards by speaking to him.

- He seems to be insecure about thieves when asking him about the court summons.
- He is called Clerk in-game, but when talking to an NPC involving the case before having accepted it, he will be called Court clerk in chat.
