The chisel is a quest item from the Recruitment Drive quest. It is picked up from a bookcase in the Miss Cheevers challenge room. The chisel can be used on the tin with a plaster cast of the key to retrieve the bronze key that is used to complete the challenge. Along with the chisel, the bronze wire and knife serve the same purpose.
It appears identical to a normal chisel, but can not be taken out of the room.
