Cheer is the eighth emote listed. It shows the player's character putting their hands up and down in the air, cheering. There is no audio.

Emotes are used in solving Clue Scrolls, frequently combined with equipped items or armour and sometimes using two emotes during the same clue scroll, for example:

"Cry in the Catherby ranging shop. Bow before you speak to me. Equip blue gnome boots, hardleather body, and an unblessed silver sickle."

Cheering was an effective way for players who are muted to communicate before the Quick chat updates.
