Goblin Champion scroll is a scroll that a Goblin may drop when killed. However, the chance of it being dropped by a goblin is very low. It is a challenge from the Goblin Champion. By taking this scroll to Larxus in the basement of the Champions' Guild, a player may fight the champion in the Champion's Challenge minigame. This scroll drop has no effect from the ring of wealth, it is at complete random.
Some of the best places to kill goblins when trying to obtain the scroll are the Goblin Village, Lumbridge Goblin house, the Goblin Cave, the goblin room of the Stronghold of Player Safety, and God Wars Dungeon.
