Cerulean twitches are light blue birds which can be caught using the Hunter skill at level 11 Hunter, using a bird snare and giving 64.5 experience points per catch. If players are trying to raise their Fletching skill then this drop (or any other bird feather) can be used with arrow shafts to make headless arrows. The raw bird meat must be cooked on an iron spit before being eaten, requiring level 11 Cooking giving 62.5 Cooking experience and healing 60 life points when consumed. Raw bird meat may also be used as to make spirit terrorbird pouches, requiring 52 summoning.
