The Celestial catalytic staff is the strongest 2H magical weapon in Dungeoneering. It can be found in the dungeons under Daemonheim. It requires level 99 Magic to wield. This staff cannot be created and can only be acquired as a drop from the Unholy Cursebearer.

As of 20 November 2012, the Celestial catalytic staff provides all elemental runes when wielded.
