The Cave goblin skull is a quest item dropped by Cave Goblins during the Rag and Bone Man quest. The skull must be cleaned by adding it to a pot of vinegar and then boiling it in the pot-boiler by the Odd Old Man's house north east of Varrock. Once cleaned, the bone can be given to the old man.
