Cat staff detail

The Cat staff is an item released on 4 August 2010 as part of the Elite Treasure Trail update. When this item is equipped along with the Cat mask, you can perform the Cat dance emote. It also gives the same bonuses as a mystic air staff, but with +2 summoning defence and +6 prayer. Unlike the other animal staves, the Cat Staff has no unlimited supply of runes. However, it can be used to perform magic with runes, for example an attack spell, in which the Cat staff will use the same animation cycles as any other staff. The Cat staff is often confused as a bear staff because of its appearance.
