Cassie's Shield Shop is located in Falador, just west of the park and southeast of the northern gate of the city. It is not the only shield shop in RuneScape, and it sells up to Mithril sq shields. It is owned by Cassie.
Upstairs, there is cooked chicken that respawns on the desk.
